Mental health is dramatically impacted by lockdowns all around the world. We need to consider how we can reduce the negative impacts of covid management so we don't end up with an even worse pandemic of mental health struggles. This video message is to open the dialogue for solutions that can manage Covid spread while ensuring mental health is not compromised!
Sadly I do not have all the answers. But want to make sure mental health becomes a key priority when making Covid management decisions.
Auckland New Zealand has returned to Level 3 lockdown on February 15th 2021. With the remainder of NZ in Level 2 lockdown
