After 5 years of cystic acne as an adult, I have created my own skincare treatment plan that is affordable and fully accessible in Australia. Extensive trial, error, tears, pimple pain, monetary investment, and hours of research (thanks @Hyram!) have gone into refining this process.
I'm going to show you how to clear acne, reduce redness, and improve scaring using products accessible in Australia. Including how I made my skin makeup-free friendly and finally freed myself of pimple pain. For it brought me to tears on many occasion.
All products featured are what I have actually used or am currently using. My standard requirements include cruelty-free, vegetarian, sustainable, recyclable, acceptable pricing for results received, minimal synthetics and quality. I am not perfect, so if there is a recommendation made that does not meet this, please kindly enlighten me :)
Anyone who has clear skin most of their life, but in their late 20’s got adult acne MUST watch this as this is exactly what happened to me.
