The island, on which fires burned for more than six years, was to be planted with the most incredible plants, and almost three hundred years of its flora replenished with new species, giving rise to incredible beauty gardens, which are also accessible to all guests of Madeira. The island is part of the eponymous archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean. Due to its geographical position, mountain landscape and subtropical Mediterranean climate, Madeira is an ideal place for recreation all year round. The temperature difference in the summer and winter months is no more than 10 degrees, with occasional precipitation, mainly from November to February. The mountainous terrain creates a variety of microclimate: in the northwest - cloudy and humid, while in the south dominates the semi-desert. Flora and fauna of the island are quite diverse, many natural places are preserved in its original form. Therefore, you can enjoy walks to the peaks of the mountains, along waterfalls, streams, levads (channels for draining water from peaks).
