In this video we bridge the gap between developers and managers when it comes to good coding standards and refactors. A lot of times developers can have tunnel vision and be prone to over emphasize on clean code and push for unneeded or potentially dangerous refactors. On the other hand, sometimes managers don't understand how important high quality code is, or it's benefits. Today I'm demystifying this topic for non-technical people.
