So I haven't been to Wendys in a minute, but I saw online that they are now offering a Grilled Chicken ranch Wrap! I like the creamy ranch sauce and the food is usually fresh so I'm going to check it out! Is it something you should get? Would I recommend it to you for a "healthier" lunch option?
