A year ago, I stopped by Insomnia Cookies to try them out for the first time based on all of the social media posts I started seeing. I loved the cookies at the time so when I found out that they are reintroducing for a limited time, their Peanut Butter and jelly cookies made with Jif Peanut Butter, I was intrigued.
