ABC Pelican Chapter Excellence in Construction Awards: IMTT St. Rose - Olive Rail Expansion Project
Barriere had the largest scope of three specialty contractors that expanded the active IMTT St. Rose Terminal's storage, transfer facility, and rail capacity, facilitating local growth in the global renewable and sustainable products markets. Despite being constructed in a live industrial setting, this project had an impeccable safety record – zero incidents - and, along with new rail and associated base and drainage work, included the largest structural steel pipe rack Barriere has ever built.
