Here in this vlog, I'm going ice bathing with you 😍 It's a trend and, for many, a test of courage... but health-conscious people have known it for generations - it keeps you young and toned - fresh and fit❗️

After an ice bath, your whole body feels so incredibly revitalized. It's a wonderful experience for both the body and mind and soul – but it shouldn't just be done once – regularity brings the benefits, and you can also really enjoy it after a while.

Compared to white adipose tissue, brown fat releases energy directly in the form of heat, meaning it is burned quickly, unlike white fat, which can accumulate on the body as unwanted bulges. Brown fat is activated at temperatures as low as 18 degrees Celsius or below.

Since the body reacts to extremely low temperatures by releasing adrenaline, endorphins, and anti-inflammatory corticoids, ice baths are also said to strengthen the body's ability to regenerate, allowing the body to recover more quickly after exertion. This is why ice baths are often used in competitive sports.

However, taking one ice bath won't provide an immune boost. Regularity – about every other day – is important for a noticeable effect.
