Eggroll recipe
2½ cups of flour
1teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Nutmeg (optional)
2 table spoons of butter /30g
1 egg.
¼ cup of sugar/3 table spoons
3/4 cup of milk(or 1 cup) please NOTE: ( always remember to add you liquid gently, that is why we have different measurement of the milk. this is because our egg wont always weigh same. for example if you are using a large egg you will likely use less milk.
Note: this can make you 7-9 eggroll. You can divide the ingredients into 2 if you want to make less.
