HOW TO MAKE Nigerian MEATPIE | BULK MEAT PIE RECIPE
This video will be showing you how to make nigerian meat pie and its a bulk meat pie recipe. this recipe can make up to 30-35 meat pie or even more, depending on the size of meat pie cutter you use.
The ingredients for the dough include :
3 sachet cold margarine of 250g each(750g butter)
3 cold eggs
11 cups of flour /1375g of flour
6 table spoons of sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt (1/4 times 3)
1 and half tea spoon of baking powder (1 and 1/2 teaspoon)
1 and 1/4 cup cold water (add gradually) it can be less or more, depends on the size of your eggs.
For the filing :
1000g FRESH beef (very important) ,freeze and mince
1 large onion
7 habanero or scotch bonnet pepper
3 cups diced Irish potato
2 cups diced carrot
pinch of thyme leaves
seasoning to taste
1/2 cup to 2/3 of oil
