Triple Cheese & Bacon Cheese Ball
8oz. Cream cheese
3Tbls Sour cream
¼ Cup Bacon (or one thick cut strip)
1 Cup Shredded cheddar blend ( ½ sharp & ½ mild)
¼ Cup Red onion (chopped)
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
3Tbls Parsley Chopped
½tsp Garlic powder
½tsp Thyme
Black pepper/Salt to taste
Multi color bell peppers to decorate
Stuffed mushrooms
24oz Mushrooms
2Tbls Butter or bacon fat
2Cloves garlic
¼ Cup Red onion (optional)
¼ Cup Almond flour
2tsp Italian seasoning (Or 1 tsp Thyme)
¼ Cup Parmesan
4oz Cream Cheese
2Tbls Parsley
Spinach Deviled Eggs
5 Hard Boiled Eggs + 1 Hard Boiled Egg yolk
1/3 Cup Mayo
2tsp Mustard (Spicey or Dijon)
1tsp Apple Cyder Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Smoked paprika
Baby Spinach (enough to make it green, I used just under 1 cup)
Red sweet pepper for garnish
