We delve into this food based card battler, in its very first recorded tournament! Umami Friends is a card dueler where you take on the role of chefs, trying to cook points (umami) with varying common/rare/legendary recipes. You can be asymmetrical powers, like Shinra or Fronk (Ashton's favorite) to get fancy burgers at a discount! With eventual drafting and multiple modes, this is a splendor/mtg (set collecting) like game that casual euro fans can jump into easily! Or play competitively as it has some CCG-isms! There is even some Umami friends (umamiverse) lore for those theme-hungry players.
