Erin Khar talks about the new anthology 'Burn It Down: Women Writing About Anger.' The book, edited by Lilly Dancyger, is a fiery collection of essays written by 22 diverse women writers who tackle the timely, tough, and necessary topic of women's justifiable fury.
I asked Erin to name a few essays in the book that stood out in her mind. First, she talks about the first essay in the collection. It's by Leslie Jamison and titled 'Lungs Full of Burning.' Next Erin talks about 'Rebel Girl' by Melissa Febos, and then 'Basic Math' by Meredith Talusan. The book includes candid pieces by WOC and LGBTQ women. Editor Lilly Dancyger chose an inclusive array of voices. The book is getting rave reviews.
