Nighttime Approach and Landing into Melbourne International.

After a really boring and thankfully short flight, this is the decent into Melbourne and landing. We fly over NASA and Titusville, where you can see the lights of Merritt Island and Port Canaveral in the distance. We then descend over Cocoa and into Rockledge, crossing I-95 and passing over Viera Blvd and Stadium parkway as we fly less than a mile over my house. You can then see the lights of the Avenue Viera in the distance. A few minutes later we take a right turn over Lake Washington and turn left to line up with Runway 9R at MLB. We descend over I-95 and Wickham road and finally land. Since the runway is so long and the plane was relatively light, the pilot just coasts all the way to the end of the runway and we were at the gate in about 5 minutes after landing. Sorry if my commentary was annoying but I was really tired and excited to go to bed.
