Today my client requested something saucy and comforting then showed me a video of someone making marry me chicken on TikTok, so this is my interpretation of marry me chicken: tuscan chicken & ricotta rotolo (aka marry me chicken lasagna rolls)
This came out absolutely delicious and I’m very happy with the plate. I was really nervous at first because I was like how am I gonna make this look elevated but I think baking and plating the lasagna rolls upright was the right move. What do you think?
