Ingredients:
½ cup luke warm water (120 ml)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast (10 ml)
1 teaspoon sugar (5 ml)
1½ lbs. (~5 cups) bread flour (680 grams)
2 teaspoons salt (10 ml)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
1¼ cups water (300 ml)
How To:
Mix the yeast, luke warm water, sugar and let it rest until its all foamed out
Mix the yeast and the rest of the ingredients
Knead the dough and add flower if the dough is too sticky
Knead for about 5 minutes until the dough becomes silky soft
Let it rise for half an hour
Form nice round balls
Press and stretch in to a pizza
