Landlord Rant: Nova Scotian Struggles with Band Tenants
I am both a landlord and a tenant. I know how it feels to be on both sides of the divide and here is my opinion based on recent experience. I had to cut out some sections where I may have been too passionate or open about details. So hopefully this is still coherent!?
