Delicious garlic and olive buns!
Dough Ingredients:
300 g flour
170 ml warm water
1 heaping teaspoon dry yeast (4 g)
1 tbsp sugar
1.5 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp salt
1 egg (half for the dough + the other half for brushing the buns before baking)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Filling:
24 olives (120 g)
