How do you get so much flavor in just one bite? | Blackstone Griddle
These Crack Burger Bites are PACKED with flavor. From the sweet griddled onions, to the salty bacon, to the savory cheese crack sauce, all topped on a 1.3 oz burger bite. Forget about those little fancy weenie hot dogs and serve these at your next tailgate, party, or get together.
Ingredients:
4 x 1/3lb pound 80/20 premade burger patties
1/2lb Bacon
1 x 8oz bag of shredded cheese
1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped)
5 heaping Tbs Mayo
Ranch seasoning
Salt, pepper, garlic
Directions:
Prep:
Chop onions.
Cut bacon into 1 inch strips, cook to crispy and break them up for later.
Season burger patties on both sides with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Ranch seasoning. Cut burger patties into quarters and shape each qaurter into a mini burger.
For the Crack Sauce mix together the cheese, mayo, cooked bacon (You can use bacon bits if you're a slacker), ranch seasoning (about a Tbs).
Cook:
Preheat griddle to 375-400 degrees.
Saute onions on one side of the griddle and cook burgers (flip every couple minutes) on the other side until onions are browned and burgers are 150-155 degrees farenheit internal temp (this is how I like them).
Top burger bites with onions and crack cheese sauce.
Cover for a minute or two until the cheese is melted.
Poke them with tooth picks to serve
