Iva Place Kirkland: A young adult affordable housing community
Iva Place is one of the first residential communities to support youth and young adults with affordable housing in Kirkland, WA. Iva Place opened earlier this year and King County is honored to be a part of this effort, contributing a mix of funding to ensure that this building remains affordable, is energy efficient and sustainable, and is located near public transit.
We are both responding to youth and young adult homelessness in King County and preventing it from happening in the first place.
