Beacon Pacific Village
Beacon Pacific Village, developed by the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda), is a mixed-use community on the historic Pacific Hospital campus. This development includes 160 affordable family-sized units—20% of which have 3- or 4-bedroom layouts.
The project features a Healthy Aging and Wellness Center operated by International Community Health Services (ICHS) and a childcare center run by El Centro de la Raza. Located in a transit-rich area near downtown Seattle, Beacon Pacific Village is dedicated to addressing displacement issues in Beacon Hill and the Chinatown International District by offering vital services and housing for working class and multi-generational families to live in the city.
