video transcript-
Magnus Technologies, a SaaS-based enterprise trucking and logistics management software provider, has announced an integration with Trimble.
The Magnus Platform incorporates Trimble's latest application programming interfaces (APIs) and web services. The resources include dynamic map visualizations enriched by real-time weather and traffic data, multi-stop and multi-vehicle routing optimization, and robust route analysis and exception management tools.
With the integration, the Magnus Platform can identify the most efficient delivery sequences for multi-stop loads, dramatically reducing costs and enhancing service quality. Additionally, Magnus has added detailed, color-coded map visualizations with comprehensive views of network load balance, facilities, equipment, customer locations, routes (including revenue and non-revenue miles), weather conditions, traffic, load statuses, and more.

Teletrac Navman has made some major updates to its alternative energy product portfolio that will enable fleets to strategically plan, implement, and track the transition from internal combustion engine (ICE) to multi-fuel capabilities.
Electric Vehicle Evaluator – or EVE – by Teletrac Navman is an electric vehicle (EV) transition platform that utilizes telematics data and predictive analytics to build a plan that supports a fleet’s decarbonization goals.
EVE provides intelligence for transition planning in three key areas: Feasibility Planning, Financial Planning, and Infrastructure Design, to support informed strategic capex planning and expenditure conversations.
The launch of EVE is complimented by Teletrac Navman’s new Sustainability Dashboard which enables fleet managers to monitor progress against their decarbonization targets once their energy transition has commenced.

Flexport has announced new AI tools for rate negotiation and fraud detection, as part of an expansion of the Convoy trucking platform that launched in February.
The expansion is geared toward brokers, and creates an AI-powered marketplace that aggregates a big pool of small carriers and owner operators into a common platform with automated end-to-end load management. Brokers can use the platform to maximize the reach of their carrier operations teams and automate manual tasks, including negotiations, vetting, status updates, document management, and payment. This cuts carrier procurement and load management costs by as much as 90% while expanding/diversifying load coverage across the country.
As part of this tech, AI algorithms match trucks with freight orders better than humans can, so brokers and carriers can find the most efficient loads and routes. AI also runs auctions to negotiate the best prices.
Flexport’s models leverage forensic behavioral data to monitor carrier risk in real time and proactively prevent fraud, theft, etc.

Optimal Dynamics has introduced Source, the latest addition to its Execute platform. Source aggregates and recommends optimal spot freight across all available channels, including public load boards, emails, and private customer boards, empowering carriers to make decisions that maximize network utilization and profitability, and uses a patent-pending workflow to deliver optimized recommendations for the most probable and profitable spot freight that aligns with unique network requirements. Source also automates the matching of optimized spot freight to drivers for single loads and full tours, streamlining the dispatching process within the Execute by Optimal Dynamics platform.
