If you want to separate yourself from everyone else who is just going through the motions and not trying to excel in their field, there are 3 things that you need to have in place in your private practice.
1. Follow up
2. SMS
3. WhatsApp
If you aren’t using these three things, then you don’t have a chance of competing on a national level, although you could still have an OK private practice in your local area.
