KOLKATA TRAINS | Best of Eastern & South Eastern Railways | NON-STOP ACTIONS
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's presenting a short collection of videos of trains from over Eastern & South Eastern Railways in and around the city of Kolkata. Captured essentially in the Howrah-Kharagpur & Howrah-Barddhaman Chord sections, this is an attempt to weave a story around any random day's actions.
Starting with the legendary Darjeeling Mail in the wee hours of the day, this video takes through the day's proceedings with glimpses of trains from different slots and time of the day. Shot mostly from a railfan's point of view, someone who ventures out for a day of train spotting, this video aims at touching the viewer's mind through some beautiful locations. Not often explored or visited, these locations provide sumptuous views of trains, which otherwise are mostly shot from platforms.
From the flower fields of Khirai (now a tourist destination almost) to the ruthless passing of the "premiums" like Rajdhani/Duronto/Shatabdi, this video has it all. So sit back and enjoy the video as I take you for a story telling session of a day in Kolkata's railway circuit featuring actions that are sure to blow your mind away.
