This workout could not have come at a better time. This week has been an interesting week for me and one thing that is keeping me sane, are my workouts. I met Marnie Alton a few weeks ago when she was visiting NYC sharing her LA classes with all of us here. She stole my heart with her California, sunshine, positive attitude and it was one of the best workouts I have ever done.
