The latest viral sensation in Singapore!
We recently discovered Laters’ which is a new hidden gem at the Bukit Timah area that’s fast gaining popularity with their passion for good food. We tried an assortment of dishes here including their Foie Gras Snow, Beef Tartare, Cold Angel Hair, Perfect Dip, Flambé Cheese Wheel Carbonara, I Cod A Fish, The Cows' Cheek, Mongolian Lamb Rack, B1 Burger, and Dessert Delights. Now that's a lot of good food!
The food here is really pretty impressive, but my favourites would be (Yes, I chose 3 because I really couldn’t decide on just 1!):
Flambé Cheese Wheel Carbonara: The hint of sweetness from the brandy elevates this cheesy classic to a whole new level. A rich and indulgent favourite that’s really delicious!
I Cod A Fish: Reminiscent of a Hong Kong style dish, this smoked Cod is perfectly cooked and has a depth of flavour that’s truly memorable!
The Cows' Cheek: The meat simply melts-in-your-mouth! Braised for 48-hours, you get insanely tender beef with comforting hearty flavours that will just make your day!
