Is the Oura Ring actually worth the money in 2020? I wanted to do an updated review video of the Oura Ring 2 to give you my honest thoughts after 1 year of using it. My answer might surprise you.
As you may or may not know I did another video about the Oura Ring which I will link below titled: "Oura Ring: Tracking My Sleep Is Changing My Life", and I also did a full comprehensive review when I first got it. I was super hyped about this new sleep tracker, and I was convinced that it was the best wearable on the market when it came to tracking your sleep and your HRV.
I shared the Oura Ring 2 with all my friends, and referred lots of people to it. I'm not going to spoil my the end of the video for you, but I wanted to give a much more in depth and thorough review since I've had the chance to experience using this sleep tracker for a long period of time now.
I've gotten very nerdy about sleep optimization and increasing my REM and deep sleep numbers, and so was very excited to collect my thoughts and put this review together for you.
Also Oura Ring has released a new feature called "Moment" for meditation that I wanted to cover in this video.
Whether you're really into self-quantification, or you just want to improve your sleep I hope this video helps you make an educated decision on whether the Oura Ring is right for you.
