#Japan's H3 Launch Vehicle (developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) launched the X-band defense communication satellite-3「#きらめき3号」on its fourth mission (#H3F4: Flight No. 4) at 3:48 p.m. Japan Standard Time from Tanegashima Space Center.
X-band defense communication satellite-3 is a military communication satellite for security and used for command and control of military forces.
