H3 “Daichi-4” (ALOS-4) Launch
#JAXA launched the H3 Launch Vehicle from Tanegashima Space Center in Japan on July 1st, 2024 Japan Time.
This was the third mission (#H3F3) of the new H3 Launch Vehicle, developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI). It carried the Advanced Land Observing Satellite-4 “#だいち4号” (#ALOS-4), an Earth observation satellite that has both high observation and resolution area. JAXA said the vehicle flew as planned, and it was confirmed that ALOS-4 was successfully separated about 16 minutes and 34 seconds after launch.
