How to build Shaker Cabinets.. The Easy Way
This is a step by step walkthrough on how to make shaker cabinet doors. We will be using solid Black Walnut for the rails and styles and baltic birch plywood for the inset panel.
Door size outer dimension: 15" x 23" x 3/4"
Width of styles and rails: 2" wide

Titebond II wood glue
Black Walnut 3/4 around 3 boardfeed
1/4 inch Baltic Birch Plywood
Varathane Dark Walnut penetrating oil based stain
