Gold Panning in California Gold Country
In this video I do a little bit of gold panning in the same river where I caught that brown trout and those crawdads in my last two videos. The gold is real thin here, so I typically don't have much luck with a sluice box, but maybe one day I will buy a legit one rather than using my homemade sluice. This was a pretty good haul for my first pan, but as I dug deeper, the gold seemed to become more sparse.
