On April 20, 2023, a teacher's fair was organized with the principals and teachers of Dugadda Block. The fair was named "Expression: Sharing Teaching Experiences". In this fair, 35 principals shared the various activities conducted in their schools under different themes throughout the year. In addition to these principals, nearly 30 other principals participated as viewers and spectators and reviewed the work done by their colleagues.
After viewing the stalls at the fair, all the teachers shared their experiences related to various themes such as Bal Sabha, Bal Shodh, Print Rich, and Library. Teachers discussed their experiences with each theme along with positive changes observed in the children's learning levels. In the session, all the themes were integrated, and BEO Amit Chand also addressed the teachers and discussed the possibility of other similar events in the near future. Finally, the teacher's fair concluded with a midday meal.
