On April 28, 2023, a teacher's fair was organized with the principals and teachers of Dwarikhal block. Shikshak Mela was named Expression: Teaching Experiences. In this fair, 26 headmasters shared the works done in their school under different themes throughout the year.
After observing the stalls engaged in the fair, teacher experiences related to various themes such as Bal Sabha, Bal Shodh, Print Rich and Library were shared with all the teachers.
Two themes were chosen by most of the schools, but the most positive aspect of the fair was that 7 to 8 schools worked on 3 and some on all themes in their schools. On each and every theme, along with their experiences, the teachers openly expressed their views on the positive changes in the learning level of the children.
Along with the consolidation of all the themes in the session, BEO Surendra Negi visited the stalls of all the schools and took stock of the activities done throughout the year. Negi ji greatly appreciated the work done by the principals for child research and the activities of the children's newspaper and also praised the interesting topics taken up in the research. All your teachers were addressed and other such events were also discussed in the near future. In the end, the Teacher's Fair concluded with lunch.
