I was asked to destroy this knife
Hello my Fellow Chef Knives Enthusiasts
A few weeks ago I received a message from Maksim Enevoldsen, the owner of Japanese Natural Stones, that he was going to send me a knife.This is the FIRST knife that was gifted to me by a vendor for reviewing purposes. For FREE!
Obviously and naturally, I’m very happy and excited about this, but most of all very grateful. Thank you Maksim!
The fact that I was given this knife for free didn’t influence or colour my review of this knife. I’m honest about my thoughts and opinions on this knife, as always.
Maksim asked me to destroy the knife in the kitchen. So half of this video is me banging this knife’s brains out on the cutting board.
