Back then it was simply, The Known. A collective melting pot of galaxies. In those galaxies were Solar Systems. And in those Solar Systems were a multitude of civilizations working and living, living and dying, endless cycles of primordial elements that make the Known Universe in itself a thriving entity. From stardust came man and all living things, from man came technology and machines, from technology and machines came a new era of exponential revolution.
We began traveling to the stars, slowly at first, just to the moon and around our home planet. Then, Daihaki Dimension Drives propelled us into our solar neighborhood, an unprecedented acceleration found our heed. It is true that for centuries our limitation was our Solar System’s edge, for that journey with our current technology would take a lifetime. Instead we stayed close and worked on ourselves, advancing in robotics, artificial intelligence, and of course our swellheadedness led to cybernetic enhancements. Not just a vanity but usefulness in everyday life. A popular and affordable option for example was circuitry tattoos connecting the wearing with an almost direct link to technology.
