Find out why change is so hard for lawyers

Attorneys and Lawyers

Did you know that you can actually rewire your brain for new functions and actions. In fact, we are constantly rewiring our brain. It's called neuroplasticity. So why then is change so hard for attorneys? We don't want to try or do something new, like being more intentional and active with business development. That's called homeostasis. Your brain wants to keep you within your bumpers and not expand past your comfort zone. Ever try something new and feel anxiety, discomfort, and sweaty palms? That's your brain telling your systems "Oh no you don't."

But we do get past this all the time when we want to learn or do something. We push past the anxiety to: play guitar on stage, learn to snowboard, or try a new language. Or... decide to build your legal practice! This is one of my longer clips!

This 15-minute clip just dropped on my YouTube channel, @lawyertolawyer, and is packed with motivational insights and practical actions. Bottom line? Let me show you how learn the necessary actionable skills to grow your legal practice. Check out my free e-book for more information.
