FactoryTalk View Site Edition: Data Agent Overview
The FactoryTalk View SE Data Agent is a data server that extends the functionality of View SE. It allows XLReporter to collect live data, HMI trend data, and Historian SE data through one seamless interface developed in collaboration with Rockwell Automation.
This allows View SE developers to extend the functionality of their FactoryTalk application with powerful data processing, automatic reports and live interactive dashboards that are accessible by anyone in the organization, even directly from the HMI display.
