I have loved singing for a long time now, and when I got a chance to do that in the Winona Senior High School annual talent show this month, it became a perfect cultural exchange.
I sang a song in Urdu (the national language of Pakistan), and everyone loved it. I ended up with third place which felt nice, but the general appreciation I got from the audience after my performance was even better.
