AKIRA PANASONIC: TV Trip
This TV-set was bought in 90s and I had been watching it and playing dandy on it during all my childhood. It broke down in 2010s.
Though I didn't watch TV and didn't leave home I forbade anyone to throw it away. It was standing there like a little table with cathode-ray tube.
In 2014, holiday winter night, blessed by media theory, with electric light on my head, I disassembled it. It electrocuted me billion times because as a noble electrician I turned it on and off before the operation. I didn't plan to shoot it and wanted only to look on its architecture, because I'd read books on it. But it was so interesting inside so I decided to remember this trip.
The video were shooting on Samsung Note 2 GT-N7100 and edited in Adobe Premier. Stabilizer was very helpful because electrocuted hands were trembling in trying to keep the heavy Samsung.
Audio has less interesting history. In 2014, holiday summer night... Maybe it was called "Akira" because I was watching French new wave at that time, but missing Kurosawa films. Rashomon, rain, midi tracks - usual story.
