One of the most difficult tasks I encountered during the entire build was bleeding the clutch. If you are replacing the slave cylinder like I was, you may want to look at this video as well:
• Jeep Wrangler JK Clutch Slave Hydraulic Li...
I found that extremely helpful when I had brake fluid coming out of the slave cylinder.
I originally started with having someone push in the clutch, while I hand loosened and tightened the release valve. It was difficult, the PVC line I connected to the bleeder output would come off, and it took forever. By making the tool, and getting a vacuum bleeder pump, I did the job by myself in about an hour, what I made almost no progress with 2½ hours with two people! Not only that, but the tool is actually designed for brakes, so it will make servicing your brakes easier too!
Good luck, and hopefully you will not have as much trouble as I did with your clutch, as I did with mine!
