Currently, I am working towards losing weight and building muscle through hiit cardio and weight training using giant sets. HIIT Cardio and steady state cardio are great ways to lose weight. Every morning, I start my day with cardio (hiit) - steady state - Full Body Workouts - Step Cardio - Kettlebell or a bike ride.

Today was all about Shoulders and progressive overload including Seated Military Press, Rear Delts, Laterals, Shrugs and more.

This workout was multi streamed on Twitch, Kick & YouTube. This workout was created by me and is meant to inspire you and or help you achieve your fitness goals.
