Currently, I am working towards losing weight and building muscle through hiit cardio and weight training using giant sets. HIIT Cardio and steady state cardio are great ways to lose weight. Every morning, I start my day with cardio (hiit) - steady state - Full Body Workouts - Step Cardio - Kettlebell or a bike ride.
Today was all about Chest & Triceps doing Incline Bench Press, Incline Flys and Cable Crossovers & Triceps Press Downs.
