Making a Neon Style Sign
In this video I show how I made a neon style sign using LED lights. While you can never exactly replicate the classic look and vibe of a neon sign with LED's you can get very close by using a quality LED light and a good font. I used the Avid CNC to engrave channels into 1/2" acrylic so the LED light strips would pressure fit into the engravings. In the end, this sign turned out great and looks as close to neon as I think you could ever make it.
