TRAIN RACE! Needles Subdivision Railfanning

In January I headed out to the Needles Subdivision for a couple of days of Railfanning and managed to catch quite a bit of action on my first day out! (The second day is the AZRC chase I posted earlier), including a number of trains at the summit of Goffs Hill at Goffs proper, trains working their way up the 2.1% grade to Ash Hill at Siberia, and, most impressively, a train race between a short westbound intermodal and an ethanol train that ended with the former completely outpacing the latter right where I was standing, at Trojan!
