AX - 2 Preburner Test
On April 19th, ASE teams successfully completed the preburner qualification test of our new AX-2 rocket engine. AX-2 is a Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquid Oxygen (LOX) engine planned to power our upcoming Sagittarius launch vehicle, as well as the AurigaMax B2 second stage. The preburner is used just prior to ignition and powers other engine systems.
