For your listening pleasure. Sharing this 1973 comic gem from Power Records. These book and two-sided 45 RPM record sets were very popular with us youngsters in the era of no VCR/DVDs/YouTube! Once a film finished in a theater or a show aired on TV, it was gone forever unless you were lucky enough to catch it in re-runs. Book and record sets filled that pop culture gap.
In addition to Planet of the Apes, Spiderman, Hulk, Captain America, Frankenstein, Dracula, Man-Thing, and Wolfman were also available. Power Records declares, "The Action 'Comes Alive' As You Read!!" And only $1.49!
