Pickled Beets in a Jar | Trying Silicone Mold For Cake with 2 Mixtures
Hi friends, in this video I'll show you how to make beets salad. You can eat it immediately, or wait to consume it during winter time.
RECIPE FOR SALAD
Cook beets for 30 minutes. Peel and cut into slices and put it in a jar.
Make a water mix :
Put a small cup of sugar and a spoonful of salt in a liter of water, when it melts add half a cup of alcoholic vinegar.
Add peppercorns to the jars and cover with the mixture. Screw the jars and arrange them in the pot. Pour water over the lids of the jars and put to cook and when the water boils, reduce the temperature so that it cooks gently for 15 minutes.
Remove from a pot, cover with a cloth and leave to cool.
I also used my silicone mold for cakes for the first time. I made 2 easy mixtures for a mold. It looked pretty good.
