How to fix AMD Bulldozer series on Counterstrike Global Offensive.
I used Windows 8 Consumer Preview but this also works on 7.
Step 1: Make sure you updated your motherboard's bios for Bulldozer.
Step 2: Download this Orochi-CEG program. This program works Bulldozer related problems with Steam. You can find it at the the link.

Step 3: Install CS:GO (If you haven't). If you already have it installed, uninstall and reinstall again.
Step 4: Run Orochi-CEG.exe by right clicking and run as adminstrator. The RW.exe you don't need to worry about because it runs with the Orochi-CEG.exe.
Step 5: Enjoy!.
