Occipital Neuralgia (Occipital Migraines)
Occipital Neuralgia is a specific type of migraine that shows differing symptoms. Most symptoms start in the base of the head, as the occipital nerves running from the neck through the scalp are being irritated, causing the symptoms. Treatments and causes can both be widespread.
