Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley "offers condolences" to family of slain 8-year-old black girl by pontificating about drugs, alcohol, and family dysfunction -- none of which appear to have been involved in her death. There's no way in hell he'd have said this about a missing white child whose body had just been found. UPDATE: The governor's office claims Bentley was taken out of context.
